Sweepstakes begins on 09/01/2008 at 12.01am EDT and ends on 09/19/2008 at 11:59pm EDT.

Eligibility: Sweepstakes open to legal residents of the United States 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Military installations in foreign countries, anywhere outside of the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Employees of HipCricket and their family members, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their advertising, sweepstakes and production agencies, or wireless carriers/ participating wireless providers are not eligible to enter.

To Enter: You may enter the sweepstakes in either of two ways: By text messaging from your mobile phone or online at www.boarsheadcontest.com. To enter by text messaging from your mobile phone, text the word BOAR to the number 22700 and you will automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. Text messaging method of entry requires 2-way text messaging capable phone and digital service. Text messaging is not available in all areas in the U.S.

Winners will be chosen in a random drawing from amongst all eligible entries received on or about Friday September 5, 2008, Friday September 12, 2008, and Friday September 19, 2008. By participating in this sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you shall receive a text message to your phone advising you if you won/lost. All messages to and from your phone may lead you to incur standard text messaging rates/other charges may apply consistent with your Wireless Carrier plan. To NOT receive this message, text the word STOP to option out of text messaging from HipCricket.

No Purchase necessary to enter online at www.boarsheadcontest.com. Simply provide email address and phone number to enter. You may enter one per week, regardless of method of entry. In case of dispute as to the identity of a text message entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the mobile telephone number. “Authorized Account Holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned a mobile telephone number by the wireless carrier or as shown on the carrier’s records.

Prize: The participant shall be given the ability to enter sweepstakes for free. Winner must be 18 years or older. Sponsors are not responsible for any fees, costs or additional charges resulting from use of the prize. The prizes are $500.00 cash check awarded on Friday September 5, 2008, $500.00 cash check awarded on Friday September 12, 2008, and $2,500.00 cash check awarded on Friday September 19, 2008. Drawing will be conducted by an independent judging agency.

All prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions allowed. All expenses not expressly included in these rules, and all federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner

General Conditions: All winners will be notified by the sponsor via text message, email and/or telephone. The winner will be required to sign and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release that must be returned within seven (7) days of notification attempt or an alternate prize winner will be selected. Winner by acceptance of the prize agrees to release the sponsors their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders , wireless carriers/ participating wireless providers, and their respective advertising, promotional and production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, receipt, ownership or use or misuse of the prize or parts thereof or while preparing for, participating in and/or travelling to or from any prize related activity, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the sponsors, whose decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes shall be final and entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity in this sweepstakes or these official rules. By accepting this prize, the winner grants to sponsors the right to use the winners name, address and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation to or permission from the winner, unless prohibited by law. All entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned or acknowledged. Neither sponsors, nor their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to: (I) Entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (II) Entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or technical error of any kind, (III) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer or communications malfunctions, failures or difficulties. Sponsors in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or in the operation of the website or otherwise violating these rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify this sweepstakes if this sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention or technical failures of any sort.

In the event that any dispute arises regarding the meaning or interpretation of these official rules, participants agree that the dispute will be resolved by applying the laws of the residing State and that is shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state. Sweepstakes are void where prohibited.
